I'm sure WCM can be a great place to work if you are in a department where management style is such that allows for collegial exchange, advocates teamwork, and respects subordinates. Get a manager who can lead with maturity and clear, positive communication skills, not by intimidation and arrogant posturing. Rewarding bad behavior/attitude will only lead to high turnover.
Position allowed for good work-life balance; good benefits and vacation.
