About Weinberg Campus
Weinberg Campus offers an Adult Day Health Program for adults with special needs. An Adult Day health care program is a community based program that provides comprehensive health care services in a congregate day setting. Registrant needs are assessed and met through an individualized plan of care that is developed and implemented by an interdisciplinary – more... team of medical professionals, including the registrant's personal community physician. We work with registrants to maintain their wellness, allowing them to remain independent in their own homes, building their feelings of self-worth and increasing their self-confidence.
