Get rid of the current executives and top management teams and replace with people who know how to lead and support their staff.
Lead from the trenches, be elbow to elbow with your team. Always be a fair and consistent leader, never waiver from company and product integrity. Your team should always be your number one asset. I strongly believe that people don't leave companies, they leave management. Change has to start from the top.
