Pharmacy Formulary Coordinator (Current Employee), Tampa, FLAugust 17, 2015
Pros: Great benefits (medical/dental/eye) and work hours
Cons: Not much for promotion movement within the departments
Formulary department is very relaxed and willling to help one another out. Not micro-managed, so you work at your own pace and feel like you're being treated as an adult. You come in do your work and leave by 5. Managers are easy going and friendly.

Manager External Communications (Current Employee), Tampa, FLMay 3, 2015
WellCare Health Plans provides an excellent service to people who need it. It also takes everything you have to give and more and does not respect the work life balance.
Employees are getting no bonuses, while the interim CEO gets a $3 million bonus...all while serving the elderly and low income populations.

Onsite Inpatient Care Nurse (Former Employee), Pensacola, FLApril 22, 2015
Management makes you feel like a common line production worker. Lack of positive feedback and respect for professionalism. Working from home was tough due to lack of interaction with co-workers.

Benefit Consultant (Former Employee), Dallas, TXJanuary 30, 2015
Pros: free breakfast on mondays
Cons: lots and lots of reports to file to mgr
8am till ? lots of travel, lots of reports to send in, hardest part is standing in +100 degree temps outside for 1-2 hrs at a time for events. Most enjoyable...payday
The harder you work the more money you earn, what I learned is how to deal with customers in almost all situations, not saying all because you know something will come up that surprises you. If you listen to people they will usually calm down.

An enjoyable place to work with professional and friendly colleagues. I have established good relationships both professionally and personally with people I have met. I started at the bottom of the totem pole and have been given fair opportunities to advance in my career which I have been able to do. A typical day consist of multiple meetings, and multitasking projects or various assignments.

Pros: salary

Cons
-upper management
-HR
-sales department
