Parent company seems to be too complacent with mediocrity in their product, upper management, and especially an incompetent CEO. Too many good people have come and gone too keep "yes men" in place. You will find "nice" people who would not hesitate to sell you out if it means advancement or to keep themselves from having to do real work. Company is a great idea executed horribly. The nonsense you can get away with in the short term is ideal for a recent college grad who doesn't know how to navigate a real business and won't have the experience to realize that they will be overworked and underpaid.
