Productive and it was a great place to work.
MACHINE OPERATOR (Former Employee), Madison, GAJuly 19, 2013
I enjoyed working at Wellington. The people there was nice and friendly. The supervisor and co-workers gave me proper and safe training. They made sure that I would perform my job duties to the best. I loved working the machine I was on even though I can't remember the name of the machine.

Not bad overall
Operator (Former Employee), Adel, GANovember 29, 2012
Pros: in the beginning like a family working together to meet same goal.
Cons: company turned out to be back stabbing corporation out for itself only
Start immediately on production at 7am, unless there was a problem. Run parts for that line until break, return run parts until lunch, return run parts until break, return run parts until time to go home.Had to check qualty of parts every two hours and record in designated books if washing and packing at end of production line. Co-workers were fun to – more... work with, and broke the monotony. The hardest part of the job was running the big parts through the dies for eight hours a day, or packing them in boxes that were nearly taller than you. The production supervisor was very demanding and unprofessional. – less

Customer service (Former Employee), tawa, poriruaMarch 20, 2014
Pros: learning new things
Cons: quite long days
serving customers iv learned to pay attention to what they may ask for and offer what they should know if its cheaper as a combo. I also learned to manage brakes and also loved working with all sorts of different cultures and personalities. I dont really think it was hard working their it was just trying to keep to the times like we had certain times – more... we had to clean out cabnets and also ordering stock in but the thing i enjoyed was serving customers and working with my other fellow team members. – less
