Can be a difficult place to work. the lowest position does the most work and is compensated the least. manager isn't held accountable to anything yet make the most even in bonuses the employees work hard for.

I was a contract hire at the Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Center thus briefly experienced the Wells Fargo "experience". The training was extensive, intensive, and quick-paced. Our manager was very friendly but even more professional. I got the impression that as long as you work long and hard, Wells Fargo will take care of you.
Wells Fargo really cares about their employees. Everybody at Wells Fargo is incredibly nice even when it gets busy. Wells Fargo as a whole is constantly changing and growing and the same can be said about the culture for technology.The benefits and pay are really great and there is always room for career growth.
Benefits and pay are really good.
The technology analyst program is still in it's infancy and has room for improvement.

Management was very unorganized. 5/6 managers had zero management experience. The other had been a stay at home mom for 12 years and was hired as a manager. Much favoritism practiced. sweeps problems under the rug to avoid scandal.

Wells Fargo is a customer based company who believes in a vision of a one-stop shop for all banking needs. There are more than 75 different products the bank has available so there is no need to bank anywhere else, according to their business model.
The company had excellent salaries, benefits including 401k, and employee discounts, and tuition reimbursement. I I enjoyed working there my entire tenure.

gathering short sale documentation from various Agents/Brokers. After gathering documentation further job functions include setting up the file, making sure all required parties signed the documents and prepare them for negotiator review, postponing foreclosure sale dates, ordering appraisals and making sure the agent/broker is in compliance with the short sale investor.
There was often great flexibility in start time, work hours, etc. The team members are excellent and make good co-workers. However, if a problem should arise, the ability to speak in confidence regarding management concerns or work environment can cost your job. The availability for long-term contracts (or to-hire positions) is very limited.
