On Site Manager, Guayama PR - October 8, 2015
As a Site Operation Manager (On Site Manager) my duties were very varied. In the original program we only did sourcing, quoting, purchasing, planning, receiving, and accounts receivable. Helped Pfizer with AP in order to resolute all invoices pending. My job was very enjoyable as I was a self performer. We agreed on taking more responsibilities by adding the management of resources at the stockroom which allowed to understand better the demand of the material we purchased. Also helped planners in the engineering side to obtain and source items difficult to obtain, either because it came overseas or reason of terms. I made sure all my coworkers (staff) understood responsabilities and perform in excellence, using RFT practices, and 5S. The last 3 months of operations during the incumbency were without a stockout in inventory. Also Accounts Receivable lowered considerably as all unresoluted invoices were resolved. It was never a dull day, full of commitments and rushes. Ordering material for a Pharmaceutical company and production depended on it, every minute counts. We dealt with items non sourceable, and always got a way to obtain it, or repaired it.
