good benefits and for the most part supportive management. Nice work schedule. I enjoyed working in the mailroom lthough the workload was quite heavy at times. The job can be very stressful at times but they do provide some activities to help with that such as exercise programs and other morale boosting activities.
Good benefits Good upper management great work schedule
I would still be working here if it weren't for them having to remove the Sherman office in the department that I was working in. I started in the subrogation department when they first started and I was there until the end. The hardest part of this job was working in a call center. There always seems to be drama. I prefer to work and stay away from anything that will distract me from my job. I enjoyed the people and I have the best boss in the world. I truly miss this job and thought it would have been my final career.
Wonderful managment and great benefits
They had to close the office I was working in and the only other ones were in other states.
Relaxed environment until the servers would go down then everyone had to jump in and do clean up and recovery efforts. Management did what they could to make the experience a good one for all. We have a great group of people who worked well together. The hardest part of the job was the structure and physical separation of work group, and that wasn't that bad. It is fun to go into work and kid around with my co-workers. We get our work done and on time, we just have a lot of fun doing it. We work on paying claims that the insurance company needs to pay. I have taken a management training course with this company. The job has a lot of meticulous, repetitive work. We do a lot of working together to make sure that we are doing the client's work correctly. We work as a team and enjoy working together.

Very busy and fast pasted. How to collect over payments from providers that received monies in error. Very little contact. Co-workers work as a team. Stipulations keeping you from being able to collect your monthly goal. People.
