Work from Home.
Customer Service Rep (Former Employee), Albany, GA –
West at home was a decent employment. It gives you opportunities to work at your own will from the comfort of your own home. The pay was nice and you were in control of your own hours worked within a block of allotted times available.

It is a great opportunity to make money while working at home.
Customer Service Agent (Current Employee), Memphis, TN –
Pros: work at home
Cons: low wages and hours
I like taking calls helping customers place orders or request information. The management is very helpful and always available when needed. I enjoy the variety of calls that come in. The hardest part of the job is getting enough hours to work.

ok fo students
Customer Service Rep (Former Employee), home based –
it was a company that was fun to work for. not really made for people with a family, because they tend to over staff so they do not have the hours to schedule for the employees.

In the beginning had lots of opportunity. But, over time, that dwindled. But, still liked it overall.
