A typical day was taking calls in our call center to help Card Members with their issues and resolve any problems in the best possible solution. I Work with many different people and a great atmosphere. The most enjoyable part of the day is helping something work things out for their needs and leaving the call with a smile.

It served its purpose and was something to do when I graduated high school

A typical day at work, mostly listening to complaints from consumers, you get product information and give them as much information about there issue as possible, send proper compensation and end the call. I learned alot working there, about any kind of person that you end up having to deal with and how to properly handle a call. My managers were awesome, – more...  they were all really nice and helpful when needed. My co workers became my best friends and I miss them, but we do still keep in touch. The hardest part of the job would be dealing with the stress of being yelled at by consumers that weren't happy. Typical day at work was hectic! I learned that you have to be efficient and fast. Management was informative. Co workers were wonderful. The hardest part of the job was to make all customers happy - somedays it just did not work. The most enjoyable part of the job was getting to know customers inside and out, and having them trust in you.

Uncommunicative on essential project needs. Confusion on exact needs for a specific project. Apathy towards damage inflicted on equipment by other employees.

i loved this job becuase i worked at mey own pace and no one always after me. i would make plenty of sales on the phone and i would recieve compensations for all. I got paid real good!

this is overall a great place to work i loved the enviroment. The floor managers and and office managers were always available when u need there help. you were able to pick up shifts as well as easily get your shift coverd if you needed it to be.
