They offer great extensive training when you are hired, the home office is in San Angelo unfortunately for the area where I worked it was not a popular cellular provider.

Another wonderful job at the phone company. I absolutely loved working with all of those customers. The only problem was not enough hours; it was truly a part-time job.

Excellent opportunity to challenge yourself

I activated cell phones and process orders for home internet. I am in change of accounts receivable and applying payments to accounts. I upgrade phone service and phones. The most difficult part of this job is going to be leaving when I relocate. The most enjoyable part of this job is the rapport I have built with my customers. I have a good supervisor who is available to me when I have questions and an excellent support staff that is available 24/7.

Management and coworkers are very friendly. Good benefits. Pay is slightly above average. However there is a severe lack of communication between departments and it is often difficult to get a response from management which causes employees more stress than necessary. Overall WCW is a good company to work for if you can deal with the disorganization.
