About WEST PENN ENERGY SERVICES, LLC
West Penn Energy Services, LLC was formed in 2007 by Michael J. Zentz to provide certain energy and well services to its clients previously provided by Northeastern Energy Consulting, Inc. (NECI). NECI was founded in January 1992 by Mr. Zentz to provide engineering services to the Appalachian Basin.
Since its inception, NECI had expanded its energy – more... related services to include well location building, pipeline construction, welding, water hauling and trucking. As this segment of NECI's business grew, Mr. Zentz decided to form a new company, West Penn Energy Services, LLC, specifically dedicated to providing these well services to its clients.
Mr. Zentz, President of West Penn Energy Services, LLC, NECI and their affiliated companies, is a petroleum engineer. Mr. Zentz holds a B.S. degree from The Pennsylvania State University and a M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh.
