The Program Assistant provides administrative support to child welfare programs. Responsibilities include: maintaining and developing data tracking systems for children and families involved with multiple child welfare programs, creating and uploading electronic forms and videos for on-line child welfare policy manual, creating and maintaining electronic medical records for clients, transcribing psychiatric evaluations into written reports, greeting children and families, staffing reception areas as needed, and managing miscellaneous office tasks as needed to support overall operations of child welfare programs.
*Knowledge of MS Office and data tracking software programs including EXCEL and ACCESS ;
*Working Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat 9 Professional (preferred);
*Working knowledge of Camtasia video software (preferred);
*Minimum 2 years office experience;
*Available to work 28 hours per week, 4 or 5 days per week.
