After nine years of monitored compliance with SGS, WesTech has fulfilled the recertification audit to the new ISO 9001-2000 standard, reaffirming our commitment to quality in our products and service. One of the key advantages to the customer of ISO certification is the requirement that all equipment is pre-assembled prior to shipment to the job site. This fabrication step, coupled with mandated consistency in the procedures for project management, result in on-time delivery, trouble-free erection, and projects that meet deadlines.
WesTech is also an employee-owned company. In a recent satisfaction survey conducted by the company, five thousand customers were polled. Responses were positive, and resulted in a 98% satisfaction approval rating. These customers stated that they gladly would work with WesTech again on future projects.
