Most of the managers are clueless lemmings. They don't stand up for employees or fight for change that would be healthy for the organization. They have no electric utility experience or fabricated parts of their resume to appear so. Upper management never interacts or engages the lower servants. They only care about their huge salaries and huge bonuses that the rest of help them get each year.
The overall culture is the worst I have seen. It starts from the top and trickles down. The CEO is clueless and doesn't want to know what is going on. The VPs are clueless and promoted with very little experience. As a result, people don't want to get to know anyone not in their department. Their is no direction or support from management. What are the goals to get a person promoted? There are none. Each department can only have a select number of senior employees not based on merit but longevity. WTF?
