A decent place to work if you're desperate
Driver/Operator (Former Employee) –  Nashville, TNSeptember 4, 2013
14 hour drive days. You will be pushed to your max to make a buck.
I learned that trucking may not be what I would like to do.
The management is really faulty with a long line of higher ups, it was a dizzying process to get loads.
I rarely met my coworkers.
Tarping and securing loads is the most difficult part about this job one false move and your load could come off your flat-bed and perhaps kill you or the people around you.
The views are the best part of the job.
Pros
decent money.
Cons
constantly stuck away from home.
