The company pays well, and you can be very busy, but you are not valued unless you are an owner. You have a 401K and good salary, but your opinion is useless and any improvements you hope to make will be considered "contrary to the group". Current leadership is poor, they consider all employees expendable. The doctor president often relies on personal attacks toward doctors rather than attempting professionalism. If you intend to treat this like corporate dentistry where you have no opinion and act as a worker bee you will be happy. Otherwise, find a practice that values you.
