Very busy environment

My typical day revolved around customer service. Taking loan applications, meeting customer needs in person and over the phone. I learned the process of skip tracing. My management was fair, on good days. My coworkers over three different locations were all helpful and worked together. The long hours and excessive outside collection work, along with unobtainable goals, was the hard part of my job. Helping others was the most enjoyable.
