Branch Manager, Oklahoma - March 10, 2017
I started as an account specialist and when they realized they had hired someone that was unable to get the JUST of the job they promoted me to manager. The expectations are unrealistic. They do taxes for the first few months of the year without explaining how to process anything. It was a night mare. I was working a late night everyweek without fail and most weekends. The compensation did not match up with the amount of work that you had to do. It was a rip off. It might be a decent job for a little while but you will get burnt out pretty fast. The home office calls and acts like they care about you but all they care about is lining their wallets.
