The staff was very nice to work with, the hours were good as well. The kitchen was very small. We had a hard time keeping kitchen staff such as dishwashers, etc. My typical day would be to prepare the menus for the day and supervise the kitchen staff. The hardest part of the job was getting patrons to find, and support the venue. The most enjoyable part of the job was the seeing the surprise on the faces of the patrons when tasting the food and the accolades received when they had finished their meals.
