Not as it may seem

I learned a lot working in different environments, and atmosphere. This company only shows you how disorganized people can be. It is not easy handling everyone's mistakes. Guest only approach you most of the time upset and betrayed. Instead of the guest enjoying there vacation, some are always upset. Employees are more focused on you're business then work. Management is more focused on you're personal life then work. Overall no work environment is perfect but no one should ever be worried if they will keep you working for them or not all for minor things. The most enjoyable part is helping the guest with there needs (when there aren't upset). The most challenging is management they blame things on you for incidents that happen on you're days off of work. You are never right unless you are a favorite unfortunately. If these are things you can handle then this might be the job environment for you.
