Bachelor's degree in related field.

Position requires five to seven years work experience; valid Pennsylvania Driver’s license; must possess strong analytical skills; ability to manage multiple responsibilities; excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal and customer-service skills; ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, composure and a customer-focused attitude while carrying out all job responsibilities; Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance and Pennsylvania Criminal Record Check Clearance at employee’s expense and Basic employment verification, national criminal database search and five panel drug screen at college’s expense. To qualify for this position, the applicant's previous work performance must have met or exceeded appropriate work standards.

Responsible for providing general oversight of all aspects of the purchasing function including supervision of staff and operations, short and long term planning, budgeting, contracts, leases, bidding and other administrative functions within the purchasing department. Initial work schedule will be Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
