Keyboard Specialist (Current Employee) – Lake George, NY – February 18, 2015
I currently am the front desk here and the scheduling coordinator. I greet visitors and direct them to which way their loved ones are. I answer multiple phone lines and tranfer the calls to the appropriate people. I handle the mail going into and out of the building. Also I handle resident spending accounts for getting their hair done, or going on outings. I schedule all of our nurses and aides for work and when there is a shortage I contact multiple agencies for a replacement. I file papers, create documents, and fax documents. I can work in word, excel, logos, new world, and novatime programs.
Food Service Worker! Cook (Former Employee) – Queensbury, NY – April 5, 2013
a typical day at work consisted of preparing and cooking food for residents and/or staff. I learned all proper procedures of handling food properly.Management was really easy to approach and talk to. My co-workers and I got along nicely ,working together. The hardest part of the job was loosing one of our residents. The most enjoyable part of the job was knowing that i was making a difference in someones life.
