I currently am the front desk here and the scheduling coordinator. I greet visitors and direct them to which way their loved ones are. I answer multiple phone lines and tranfer the calls to the appropriate people. I handle the mail going into and out of the building. Also I handle resident spending accounts for getting their hair done, or going on outings. I schedule all of our nurses and aides for work and when there is a shortage I contact multiple agencies for a replacement. I file papers, create documents, and fax documents. I can work in word, excel, logos, new world, and novatime programs.
We can get resident lunches for $2 a day
