Key Responsibilities include:
Provides courteous, professional service and information to members, guests,
prospects, staff, tenants and vendors.
Serves as first point of contact for members, visitors, vendors, staff and guests.
Receive and address questions/ issues/ complaints from members via phone calls, and face to face interaction
Balance customer service skills with business logic to create the best solutions to resolve member issues
Strive for 1st call/ contact resolution
Maintains the front desk area, organizes files, desk, etc.
Promotes club’s services and programs to all members, guests, prospects, staff,
tenants, and owners.
Handles payment transactions for club’s programs, fees and merchandise.
Provides excellent customer service throughout all aspects of position.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service focus and professionalism
Skills/ abilities to identify the root cause of a customer’s inquiry and find an adequate resolution
Experience using Microsoft Office products
Excellent dependability and reliability
