Managent is like any other Business, they are all good leaders, great Management system with PE.

Winston Salem corrugated division is terrible. Low morale with dictator type management. No personal life.

In the Atlanta facility. Management at floor level is good in 2 out 4 departments. Finishing and Shipping department have great management and use of resources. Maintenance and cutting dept are sorely lacking leadership at management level. Ideas and information are gathered from crews but rarely used.

Mooresville NC location we work everyday. Mostly 12s. Work weekends and holidays. Everybody is tired and production and quality suffers tremendously. Everyone is talking bad about management which is no surprise. Morale is terrible here. I would.not.come.to the Mooresville location.
