There is never a dull moment. There is something new everyday. Great group of fellow life-guards and fair business practices. Good seasonal job for a student.

Cashier/Food Expo (Former Employee) –  7055 s fort apache rd. las vegas, nvAugust 8, 2017
Wet N Wild was a job to get bills paid. Not that enjoyable for personal reasons. Good for young people. Bad if you are trying to beat the Las Vegas heat.

There are 6 main departments that you can choose from to work in through out the water park. Hours vary and there are opportunities of advancement. There are different employee benefits.

Fun job to work at and the management was nice. The pay was minimum and the hours were poor as well. Good first job but not one to keep because of little room for advancement and poor hours/pay.

Catering Volunteer (Former Employee) –  Anthony, TXJune 14, 2017
A typical day at wet n wild was high paced I learned how to serve plates at a high pace, the hardest part of the job was being outdoors on a hot sunny day. the most enjoyable part of the job was interacting with others, like the people competing.
Pros
fun free food
Cons
not a steady job

Lifeguard (Former Employee) –  Phoenix, AZJune 10, 2017
They always made sure you had everything you needed for the day. If a life guard messes up a head life guard is the first to help. They don't judge and are very nice.
Pros
50% off all food in the park
Cons
Hot outside sometimes boring

This theme park no longer exists, but it was one of the most rewarding and fun places I've ever worked. Management was very good to the employees, and there was plenty of opportunity to advance oneself in the company.

Cashier (Former Employee) –  Greensboro, NCJune 5, 2017
This job is usually fast-paced depending on your stand. However, some stands have slower business. There's the standard pay and management is fair. It's nice if it's your first job.
Pros
Fun team members, workplaces vary
Cons
Workplaces vary, hot in work stands

Special Facilities Guard (Former Employee) –  Greensboro, NCMay 18, 2017
It doesn't pay a whole lot but if you're a lifeguard you'll get a ton of hours. All the supervisors and managers in aquatics were quite pleasant. It is fairly easy to get a job here if you want one because staff are always needed to keep the park running at 100%.
