Productive Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) – Aiken – October 30, 2013 Seasonal and I enjoyed having time off with my child. I was able to travel with the company and the health benefits were good.
Seasonal and the travel was great

lack of advancement beyond operations

Maintenance Millwright (Former Employee) – Holden, LA – March 5, 2018 * A typical day at work generally had to do with fixing things that randomly broke as opposed to a planned system of maintenance to proactively prevent things from breaking. * What I learned there was that the maintenance superintendent and his brother were both in the same department, and one worked for the other. * Management was non-existent unless you kissed up to them. * Workplace culture? See the response to "management" * The hardest part of the job was not telling certain people what I really thought of them. * The most enjoyable part of the job was leaving it, and never having to go back!!!!!!!!
The pay was actually decent, but not anywhere decent enough for the job, and the stress it put on my home life.
The company preaches that they want employees to work safely all the time, and yet they never practice it
