Weyerhaueser, level 1 floors, in my opinion ,I think it is sad that A company like Weyer haueser. has employees that puts the builder in front of the home owner. and an employee can make a statement that is untrue, costing a home owner time and moneyWeyerhaeuser level 1 In my opinion I would not use Weyerhaeuser flooring. we had a home built in the winter . the builder used Edge Gold Sub-floors from Weyerhaeuser. we were told that this product could be installed in the winter, this Product is OSB> and most people know that OSB draws moister, and if it dose it is never the same. we have had 2 different Rep's from Weyerhaeuser out and we got 2 differant solutions to our problems. I have tried working with these people but have gotten no were. they claim this product is great, and will have less squeaks, than most floors. read the instruction. you have to glue and nail the floor. I could do the same with Plywood or almost any other product, and get the same results.. except in my opinion, Plywood would not draw as much moister. or shrink. we have had to deal with these floors popping and squeaking for over 2 years. the builder wont fix the problem based on remarks made to us and the builder by a Rep. from weyerhaeuser. I will post those remarks after I talk to my Attorney. I don't want to make any comments that can be used against me, the comments that were made were a the very least wronge, damaging and made by a Rep that has no education in this field.
