Surgical Department nurses eat their young are very rude .All staff members are horrible to each other, and without a supervisor is like a bunch of nuts trying to run the department.

Very difficult working without a boss. Her position was eliminated and I am in limbo.

Sad and somber since Ascencian takeover. It is hard to remain upbeat when staff positions are eliminated, benefits removed, hours reduced. There is a feeling of resentment and paranoia which permeates atmosphere, which must trickle down to patients. When benefits are removed and hours are cut, staff are asked to pick up shifts, essentially at 50 percent pay rate.
