SUMMARY: Answer and resolve customer inquiries in contact center and routes calls to proper department when needed

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons.

  • Handle high volume inbound calls in contact center environment
  • Answer customer questions and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
  • Monitor, document, and perform updates in client systems
  • Route calls and emails to appropriate department and/or administrator
  • Utilize multiple call center support applications in assisting customers and agents
  • Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years inbound call center experience required
  • Bilingual skills (English/ Spanish) preferred
  • Must be proficient in the use of computers, copiers, fax machines, software, and other office equipment
  • Attention to detail to perform accurate and quality work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
  • Ability to handle high volume calls and determine if escalation is needed
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain effective results in fast paced environment
