Pros: competitive compensation, fortune 500 company experience and learnings
Cons: individual accomplishments rewarded, not teamwork. leadership is not transparent and forthright....it is called "leading with an edge"
o Solid company, lot's of opportunity to gain a variety of experiences, or become very deep in a single area.
o Very matrixed organization, difficult to make an impact
o Has not figured out if it wants to be global, or regionally focused
