White Applied Technology is seeking an educated individual with superb problem solving and client care skills. You will need a willingness to expand your basic knowledge of computer hardware & peripherals, software, and networking while solving technical challenges for our clients. You will need to be able to work independently on entry level tasks, as well as understand and apply written and oral instructions from senior colleagues on more complex tasks. Many tasks have both strict time and procedural constraints, so your ability to manage occasional work-related stress is a plus. Our ideal candidate will know when to admit their limits and ask for help, but will not be fearful of testing those through self-education and research. Some travel is required, up to two weeks per month, but typically less.
We prefer that your education include strong math and science emphasis due to the problem and solution oriented nature of those degrees. A two or four degree is preferred. However, exceptional candidates, especially those with remarkable client care and an ability to rapidly synthesize new information will not only be considered but highly prized.
