A typical work day would include counting your draw at the beginning of your shift, a rush of people for lunch and dinner, working with your team to complete orders, and counting your draw at the end of your shift. My co-workers helped to the job more friendly and upbeat.

They let you work with fun people, you worked very hard but never noticed any of it, the work always came and we got it done happily, the people were absoulety postive and kind, the work was not difficult, and it was my favorite job

Working at White Castle was definitely very busy for me because I was cross-trained on everything involved with the job. Management was sometimes difficult, and co-workers were helpful at times. The hardest part of the job was meeting deadlines, yet not impossible for me.

Use to work 11a - 11p Saturdays and Sundays and night shifts on the weekdays. Management wasn't too friendly. Good Co-workers. They gave us a 2 day notice on telling us they were going to close the rstaurant.

It is great working for White Castle my co-workers are all friendly and fun. They come up with new ideas to make work fun. I enjoy making the customers visit spectacular and memorable. I enjoy talking a meeting new customers that come from all over just to visit White Castle.

It was a cool place to work. I loved the customers. That pay was horrible but I liked the job anyway

When I started working at White Castle I was so happy because it was my first job and it was like a family thing around the company, I love coming to work and working for people, i always came in when they ask me to or even when they asked me to stay longer then my shift I would. I love working at White Castle

White Castles was a good job, i had a good experience working there. It was another friendly environment to work in. The co-workers were cool, n some of the managers were also. The hardest part of the job was that the job was open 24 hrs. My most enjoyable part of the job was getting paid n meeting new people.

Very fast paced workplace, fun team members that work together and get the job done.

My usual duties were to help run the restaurant. When we would hire new employees it was my responsibility to train them. I learned to be a leader due to the management always coaching me on how to be better and to relay that to the new employees. The haest part of this job was our location had a high turnover rate. So sometimes I would have to train – more...  two or three employees at the same time. The most enjoyable part of this job was thre sense of responsiblity I gained from having the position that I did and I was only in high school. – less

White Castle was very interesting. I was promoted within 1 month of working there. The benefits are okay. The hours weren't the best and you have to very flexible.

This was my first job out of high school. I loved this job. I loved my managers, my co-workers, the customers. I always had fun but got my work done at the same time.
