Creating customers, help them make a decision about their life safety was a biggest part of my job. It was amazing to realize how important costumers are willing to try new thing. My team and I was committed to not only close sales, but to help our customer make the right decision for their life.
As a manager, my goal was to meet the company expectation and in other hands, building a strong customer satisfaction. this is why I have to come out with a strategy to energize my team member and keep them focus to our final goals.
It was sometimes, painful to deal with some aggressive customers and very painful to have to let them go. In those case, my feeling was like I was unable to help and I was very angry for that. But the good thing remain the important network I have build by serving customers in the trust and accurate manner.
