The companies benefits are really good and they treat the employees well. When it comes to management there are a lot of poor choices in personnel that hold the company back. job advancement is almost non-existent and job security is not very good at all which is why they brought on temporary workers. Coming from an ex employee and not a customer its an ok place to work but they need to pay their production workers more for the long hours and shifting schedules. A lab job at this place is a walk in the park and they make $5 an hour more than the production members and that's without any sort of degree. The priorities within the company are definitely off and they should pay more attention to the employees actually producing the yeast and doing the hard labor, after all that is the companies bread and butter.
