This fast growing company is currently looking for a part-time Multi- Family Outreach Representative. In this role, you will drive sales product orders through the platform by building relationships through outbound calling and webinars. You will work closely with Multi-family Property Managers and leasing agents to build awareness and usage of the WhiteFence program.

  • Complete targeted number of quality calls to multifamily properties weekly

o Minimum 150 quality outbound calls/week – Part-time outreach reps

  • Meet submitted order goals for portfolio on a monthly basis
  • Fill out and return call logs to management at the end of each shift
  • Walk property personnel through short webinars as needed
  • Communicate any issues/needs of property to Multifamily management


  • High School degree, college preferred
  • Outbound phone sales experience a MUST
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite- Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently

This position is PART-TIME, and has an opportunity to work from home. You will receive an hourly rate with monthly bonus potential (based on performance and client productivity).
