-Create a departmental budget
-Accountable to meet stated sales objectives
-Accountable to meet stated sales margin objectives
-Build sound and productive long term relationships with both existing and NEW customers
-Accountable to achieve stated parts turn objectives
-Accurately manage an inventory of $500,000.00 +
-Build a strong TEAM environment within the department of 2-5 other employees.
-Conduct all business in a fair and ethical manner
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE:
-Strong working knowledge of the Agricultural Industry
-Working knowledge of a "Dealership Setting"
-Experience with Case IH, Kubota, or Krone is preferred.
-Previous management experience
-Strong selling skills
-Positive and upbeat attitude
-Attention to detail is critical
-Working knowledge of ratios and margins
-Ability to handle stress
