Days were spent with self-directed training and marketing the company's services to over 120 real estate agents. Activities included attending weekly agent meetings, consulting with agents about their properties and clients, participating in conference calls to report on success and maintain accountability. No co-workers involved - I acted as an independent representative for a mortgage company based out of Connecticut. Most challenging aspect was convincing individual agents to refer lending business as opposed to those lenders they had used in the past. Most enjoyable part of the job was being able to provide a high level of service and to receive the compliments and business from agents as a result.
