8-5 pm The Firm of Baker McKenzie are great the issue is the Outsourcing,(Williams lea) They take more than what we make, and it makes me wonder why don't the firms pay those wages. If it's 18hr for me they get 36 hr. The cost of living is very high and I believe being fair only helps the country. 26hr is about right in order to just barely make it in the bay area. Williams does not give raises and if you ask about a Review for the year the Write you up for asking. They are more interested in keeping an employee under harsh criticism in order not to give any raises.
