I'm interviewing there soon. Is it still as bad as the reviews indicate?

this place is slowly falling apart. Several accounts have pulled out and if you are one of the unfortunate ones to have left a job to work there, then you know that you walked in to find you no longer had a job there. Management in Wheeling are a bunch of incompetents. Save yourself the misery and don't even apply here.

What do you think -- is this company going to survive and thrive? Are they looking to expand their staff, or do you think layoffs are inevitable? How does Williams Lea stack up against the competition?

I've had nothing but great experience with this company. Very casual. The best people I've ever worked with, Nobody standing over your shoulder like at some business newspapers. I'd work for them again! The best people and environment hands down!

It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Williams Lea? Any advice on striking the right note?

Williams Lea is an incompetent agency that has no work for word processors. Don't waste your time registering with them.

They build you up and build you up and then completely forget about you. I had an experience where a woman called me regarding my resume on monster. She was more excited than I was about my resume because it was a perfect fit. We scheduled an appointment and had a great interview/conversation. Again her and I were both extremely excited based on how much of a perfect fit I was. After that day, I never heard from her again and when I sent her a thank you email and then a follow-up email a week after, she still did not have the courtesy to get back to me. They are extremely unprofessional and shady!

Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers? What is a typical day in the life of an employee at Williams Lea?
