Typical working hours of the service center is 8-7 EST depending on what client you are working for your hours may vary. Your shifts vary based on preference and business need. If the business is slow for the day they will solicit volunteers for Early out but they don't send anyone home that didnt request it. Typically you are scheduled between 32-40 hours, with a lunch between 30mins-1hr and 2-15 min breaks.

Although, they DO basically hire warm bodies who can pass a background check, if you are incompetent you'll stand out like a sore thumb. Take comfort that these people will be weeded out. Questions I had for a non seasonal position were...
