Pros: benefits, pay, friendly co-workers
Cons: management problems, no lunch breaks, too many "yes men."
Great place to work but if you are not a "yes man" then you won't last. Management is not very open to new ideas. They are not open to employees educating them on what certain jobs take to get done. Majority of managers and salespeople are unclear of some processes because they spend all their time at meetings and seminars and not very in tune to what is going on in the departments that they are supposed to be looking after. They don't care what it takes to get the job done but they will whine and cry that their stuff is more important than everyone elses. It is either their way or no way. 10-hour straight work days and no lunch breaks. Everything is always an emergency, or so we were always told.
