Registered Nurse, Wilton, CT - October 26, 2014
Had as many as 30 patients on dementia floor requiring various level of care and assistance. Time management is a must or learned very quickly. Management did not always support its staff, looking for a scape goat in most situations. The CNA's and other nurses were supportive and tried to help each other as much as possible. The hardest part was watching those that were mentally aware suffer. The best part was working with some great people and helping those who needed it.
