The Inside Sales Representative role is essential to our mission in providing the best customer care in the industry. Supplied with great systems, showrooms, inventory, and delivery capabilities you're in a position to really shine. We're seeking candidates that have a passion for great customer service. Solid time management skills are critical to juggle all the diverse customers, orders, quotes, and product inquiries that will come your way. Your drive to serve and sell will be rewarded as our Inside Sales Representatives are paid a base rate with the opportunity to earn commission and bonus!
Upon hire, a new Inside Salesperson receives 4 weeks of rigorous training. The training provides you with a good foundation of who we are, what we offer, and how we serve the customer.

Candidates with a background in the roofing, siding and/or windows are preferred. Experience completing blueprint takeoffs is a definite plus. Your industry experience could come from employment with another supplier or home center, builder or remodeling company. Solid computer skills are also key, as we rely on multiple systems to help us quote material and complete orders.
