IT ADMINISTRATOR (Former Employee) –  Wallingford, CTJuly 31, 2017
Fun fast paced company that was rewarding and challenging at the same time. A typical workday would consist of diagnosing computer network issues either in the office or warehouse. The staff were friendly and helpful which made the experience that much more enjoyable.

I worked for this employer for 8 years and truly enjoyed working there. I was very upset when they moved all the production to Mexico. Great environment and management.

Tooling and Machining (Current Employee) –  Peabody, MAApril 25, 2017
This review is applicable to TRU Corporation, a Division of Winchester Electronics, located in Peabody, MA. A 60 + year old company.
TRU is a good place to work, offers competitive wages and benefits. An annual bonus is performance based (company and individual).
Machining tolerances are generally +/- .001" . Programs can be edited for optimization and innovative ideas are accepted.
We are experiencing unprecedented growth, and have recently acquired new CNC equipment.
Pros
Great crew of capable machinists. Occasional company sponsored lunch.
Cons
Repetitive jobs.

Missing shipping targets every month for the last year.

Innovative, unique, patented fiber contact product has not been tested and does not provide stable, reliable performance.
Pros
Low pressure

No clear direction or prioritization.

Q.A. Lab Technician (Former Employee) –  Watertown, CTAugust 2, 2013
Great job, loved working with everyone. Learned a lot about metals and all testing involved . My manager was a very inventive person and managed the department with a fair outlook. All the people I worked with were great people and we worked as a team. Losing my fingers on the wheels, sanding down cross-sections. Learning new testing and always state of the art testing
