o Be proficient in the use of personal computers and software including Microsoft Office, internet

o Aggressively manage and generate sales revenue by developing new business accounts and
increasing current account volume levels.
o Represent company at sales functions.
o Provide customer service support as needed.
o Be able to deal effectively with the public and maintain a professional image.
o Be knowledgeable of all products and services related to our industry.
o Implement policies and procedures relating to sales.

o Be results oriented with ability to balance a number of business activities all the time.
o Have a minimum of 5 years sales experience in the wholesale/retail home improvement
o Have a proven track record of a progressive career that resulted in sales, territory and new
account growth and development.
o Have a satisfactory personal credit history.
o Have a valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
o Be willing to travel 50% or more within the USA.
