Provide administrative and entry-level technical support for all areas of the business including Operations, Portfolio Management and Wealth Planning.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support for all departments.

Maintain the portfolio management and accounting system (Axys) by entering and downloading data, setting up new accounts, updating pricing, conducting daily reconciliation, performing security file set up and maintenance, billing preparation and running reports.

Assist in managing company website changes, including client directory updates and downloading client reports to website.

Perform daily and block trades, process fixed income trade information and documents.

Perform data entry and scanning of financial planning documentation.

Act as a back-up for client services and fixed income trading.

Other duties as assigned.


Bachelors Degree in Finance or similar field

1-2 years administrative and/or technical support experience, preferably in the investment services or financial industry

Must have high level interest and/or knowledge in finance/investments field

Must be extremely detail-oriented

Strong analytical, administrative and self-motivational skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks

MS Office computer skills including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Access

Experience with the following systems/software a plus: ACT; AXYS; Bloomberg; Morningstar Principia Pro
