Windstream delivers one-stop shopping to customers with a range of communications products and services that include voice and related features, high-speed Internet, long distance, network access and video. The Company’s operations consist of its wireline and product distribution segments. On November 21, 2008, Windstream completed the sale of its wireless business to AT&T Mobility II, LLC.
