Cons: many hands from other departments on files, = caused errors but my position held 100% accountable for everything, whether at fault or not.
High expectations. Mandatory late nights & sporadic Saturdays. Personally managed approximately 200 accounts sitting i a cubicle with a computer and phone. Gained knowledge of Mortgage Assistance process among many other aspects of mortgage servicing. Kept up with ever-evolving rules and guidelines of investors, government, and company management. Enjoyed helping Borrowers through their hard times and in many cases, was able to get them approved for a program that would help them continue to live in their homes.
