The company is very unprofessional and made lots of promises to employees that they could not deliver on. I was a Customer Advocate and they really over work you and make it difficult to close cases. Management was not experienced enough to help and would leave before you even if the job was not finished. Associates were constantly held responsible when something went wrong.

Calls to assigned delinquent customers, manage customers on the shutdown report. Reconcile customer disputes as they pertain to payment of outstanding balances due.

This company bought the building and servicing rights for the loans from JP Morgan and the completely changed the culture. Mandatory overtime with no notice. Company made huge promises and constantly failed to deliver on them. The company is now going downhill fast, they have laid off almost 300 employees from the servicing center in the last 6 months

High expectations. Mandatory late nights & sporadic Saturdays. Personally managed approximately 200 accounts sitting i a cubicle with a computer and phone. Gained knowledge of Mortgage Assistance process among many other aspects of mortgage servicing. Kept up with ever-evolving rules and guidelines of investors, government, and company management. Enjoyed helping Borrowers through their hard times and in many cases, was able to get them approved for a program that would help them continue to live in their homes.

Just let go 100+ in Florida and "unknown numbers" in Louisiana. This company has no future. Its a contractor with no contracts. The people hired to bring in business have no clue how to do so. The "business" they have are little 3-6 month projects and then you're gone. Don't waste your time with poor training, clueless management and no security.
