Needed bigger break rooms.

winndixie was a fun place and coustomers loved shoping there for the low prices.And i miss working their alot.

My experience at Winn DIxie was the best I got along with workers in different areas of the store till the day I can see them in the store and they are still really nice the pay was somewhat okay but you really couldn't survive

OK, workplace but nothing special.

Pros: the pay can be good
Cons: if you get a raise they cut hours, esp part-time. no incentive to advance.
Hours never secure. If you get a raise your hours get cut esp., if your part time. Full time can only get raises up to a point. Not much incentive to advance.

one person trying to do two people jobs not enough help

winn dixie as a company do not give training to new people that come a board they stick them in the postions let them work when things don't go right they want to try to give them a hard time instead of trying to help are coach them though so they have a big turn over in jobs people come and go because of poor leadership overall it can be great company – more...  to work for if they had more organize skills is it backward . – less
